Support more services

I would want to support more than Mastodon. I reckon many federated services have a share page of some sorts; GNU Social and Diaspora sure do.

I think I managed to get GNU Social working in e57cb173180d383fa679a171e34c4fe92bf387a4 — let's try testing it

Diaspora is complicated, as it usually requires a URL and Website title to be shared...

I took this line from Fedishare as base for the Pleroma support in 352e327027a39948b6264348c7e9971c403654bc. Detection and redirecting does work, but I don't know if it works yet...
