Add link to the WordPress version #7

Hi Nick

I love this simple script so much I created a WordPress plugin based on it to allow those a little less technical to use your creation.

I will be adding more features as I progress, it can be viewed at https://wordpress.org/plugins/shareon/

Sorry for taking so long, Gareth! I have now released the v2 of Shareon, and the new docs include the link to the WordPress version. You also may want to take a look at the API changes and perhaps update your plugin :)

The new home of Shareon's source code is now Codeberg: https://codeberg.org/kytta/shareon. This repo is being mirrored from there automatically, and new source files and README will appear in 8 hours or less 😅
