fixes for everything, currently in my git repo #8

ive fixed windows and linux compiles, and put a pre-build windows version up on 
my site

it works on a cata install now, but i haven't found much of the cata maps

Hello!
I'm trying to run this on Windows 64 bit with the latest version of the 
European WoW client installed. The application crashes as soon as you start it 
("Application has stopped working" windows error)

havent been able to do any testing on 64bit windows, only have 32bit on my end

and the 64bit linux is having similar trouble
