Add support for ukrainian analysis, if we install additional plugin analysis-ukrainian.

Is it possible to backport this change and (https://github.com/la-haute-societe/craft-elasticsearch/pull/24) also for the 1.5.x branch to use it also for Craft 3?

I will, as soon as I'm done upgrading our other plugins for Craft 4.

Version 1.6.0 is out with that change for Craft 3.
