Show "display track" as a button on the main bar, instead of just in the hamburger menu. Or, show an "add waypoint" button on the track display. #309

Minor improvement to make switching from track display to buttons easier.

Or, alternatively: add a "waypoint note" to the track display screen.

Anything to make it simpler so that one doesn't have to (1) exit track display, (2) press Note, ..... (3) open menu, (4) press track display each time one wants to add a waypoint note.

This issue is a 2 issues:

first part, add a "show map" button
second part, allow to tag from map screen. Duplicate of #358
