Need to explore how can I display a mutation from a 3D molecular perspective.

From the point of view of the nucleotide or DNA helix / protein structure ?

Showing the relevant nucleotide and its chemical structure is possible but looking for additional info as the hydrophobicity should require an internet connection unless we stores this info in a local database.

Display a mutation ( amino acid) from a 3D protein structure . Yes, I thought to use a webGL viewer which required an internet connection
