HDMI port black screen with i3-8100 UHD630 in Catalina 10.15.5 (19F2200) #5

Exactly the same motherboard, BIOS version but I use i3-8100 (desktop and UHD Graphics 630) with no external graphics card. I download and replace your EFI and use the config_igpu.plist as my configuration. And almost everything works fine with the DP port 4K display.

But when a HDMI port monitor plugged in, it's stop working. It just works at the BIOS screen, the Clover screen and a few seconds beginning of the Apple boot logo, and after the OS totally booted (the password input screen), it turns to be black (monitor show No signal input).

any clues? it seems that the only difference is we just use the different processors. The framebuffer patching guide in tonymacx86 shows that With macOS Catalina 10.15.x and latest version of WhateverGreen several motherboards are unable to activate on-board HDMI ports but in your scenery both DP and HDMI ports works fine.

@suxiaogang did you find the solution for the issue？ i can only use hdmi port but it dont work

Can you test if master branch of WhateverGreen helps? Make sure you use a desktop framebuffer (try without any framebuffer patches first). You also need igfxonln=1.

@07151129 tks,but it also not work, I will try my dp port 5 hours later,B y the way,what's version of macos you installed?

I use the same B360m d3h motherboard with i7 8086k, no external gpu. With the igpu framebuffer setting you shared, but only HDMI works, DP is not working. Do you know how to make the DP port working?
