udpate lagom site July 2023 - EOL messaging #261

This adds EOL messaging to the site.
Removes links to Try Lagom.
Removes various references to support.

@jroper or @octonato do you know how the deployment should work here? The Actions (https://github.com/lagom/lagom.github.io/actions) didn't seem to kick off when this branch was merged?

Hmm, I think it won't happen automatically. We use to have a nightly job in an old server (Vegemite} that would publish the website every night. But Vegemite is long gone.

There is a script in this repo to publish the site, but I wasn't able to run it. We will need to investigate it further.
