ExtlinkReplacements: replace old lists.archlinux.org mailman2 links with mailman3 links #91

Only list information and archive links are replaced. The message URLs need to be updated manually.

(lists\.|mailman\.|www\.)?archlinux.org/listinfo/ is replaced with lists.archlinux.org/mailman3/lists/
(lists\.|mailman\.|www\.)?archlinux.org/pipermail/ is replaced with lists.archlinux.org/archives/
