While features of vital-ArgumentParser improved a lot and my vimscript skill improved a lot, I would like to make completely a new vim-gista.

The following will be changed

:Gista --post to Gista post
:Gista show a help (same as :Gista --help)
:Gista list won't access GitHub unless user force to access (to shorten the startup time)
All GitHub related API should be moved into external vital module
Unite features should moved into a different plugin (vim-gista-unite? or whatever)
