Support for teams with SSO enabled? #125

Our slack team authenticates against GSuite - is this type of authentication supported by emojipacks? Here's the error I get when running in debug mode:


Slack subdomain: subdomain
Email address login: name@company.com
Password: ***************

Unfortunately it's not supported at this time, although we do support 2fa. Maybe take a look at the PR i did for that for some inspiration, if this is possible at all? https://github.com/lambtron/emojipacks/pull/78

Our team uses Okta for SSO and we're blocked on the same issue. :cry:

We also cannot use this because we have SSO with GSuite enabled. It would be nice to fix this somehow...
