remove ML-DSA-44 brainpool-256 combination
changed ML-DSA-65 NIST combination from 256 to 384
updated combinations rational

@janklaussner I think you missed updated the ASN.1 module in the file Composite-MLDSA-2024.asn. UPDATE: I have added a commit to this PR that changes the ASN.1 module. Please review for mistakes.
