errors installing on 6.7u3 vib and offline bundle

get these errors and ive tried to install the vib and offline bundle

ok i sorted it, you need to enter full path ie

esxcli software vib install -v /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/vghetto-ghettoVCB.vib -f
