v.net.path: when using -s flag keep original segment cats in layer 2 #107

Reported by mlennert on 24 Mar 2014 17:01 UTC v.net.path provides the -s flag to "write output as original input segments, not each path as one line."

It would be great if these original input segments could also retain their original cat values, possibly in layer 2, to leave layer 1 free for the path cat values.
