Select Overlay is quite light and hard to see #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click to snip
2. Mouse over a website (say google)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The area to be snipped is highlighted. While it is, it is so light I have 
trouble telling which part is highlighted.

Is it affecting the Snippy chrome extension, or the SnipBin web
application?

using?

Please provide any additional information below.

I changed the opacity to 0.2 and now I can see it much easier. 

Just my 2 cents. And nice code, its quite easy to read.
