What does '25:19' mean in 1-begriffe.tex #3177

The original text is: Dan Everett in \citew{OW2012a} at 25:19

The translation version is: Dan Everett在 \citew{OW2012a}中的\zhtime{25:19}

It treats '25:19' as time, is that correct?

Then does it mean 25 hours or 25 minutes? I guess it might be the latter one, as 25 minutes and 19 seconds.

Yes, otherwise it would be 1:25:19. Otherwise you would not get the position.
