Ah, seeing it now. Is the same issue occurring in other chapters as well?

Is this necessary? The file is named and the boxes are always at the end.

What is the purpose for ~\newline\vspace*{-10mm} in:

It looks like a bad idea.

You did comment that out in the definition of \furtherreading:

https://github.com/langsci/25/blob/fb19c1fd9120c59c6e71f532144989a9d80b1f65/localcommands.tex#L292

Maybe you only see that error in this particular chapter b/c it's the only one in which the TBLS boxes begin with questions?

This was introduced to get some distance to the preceeding text. Shall I remove this?
