Added a couple of tag sets so view meta data would have some URI to point to (issue #55).
Changed the templates a bit to allow links and other markup (https://github.com/lappsgrid-incubator/discriminator-dsl/issues/9).
Added link tags to all http links.
Made bin/ddsl executable.
Update documentation in README.
