Describe the bug Missing ellipsis when create sub collection

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Create collection Create sub collection Create sub collection from sub collection Create sub collection from sub collection Missing ellipsis on last sub collection  

Expected behavior Able to edit sub collection
