Cannot create new environment

Describe the bug Just installed the extension. I have no environment set up. When trying to create one, I get

Error creating directory: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, mkdir 'envs'

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install extension (clean)
2. Click "Environment" in the sidebar
3. Click the little plus (+) icon neat the top
4. When prompted, type a name, then click "Submit"

Expected behavior An environment is created allowing me to edit the environment values.
