UI prototype #1

We need a prototype of the UI that shows that it is possible for a user to navigate to a map screen, and have sliders that could adjust settings.

While I had some work for this, due to the switch to total qgis, it will have to be done differently. New goal is to add sliders to a qgis map that could link to our plugin.
