No catalog switch arrows, "catalogs navigation" selected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "catalogs navigation" in ADV settings
2. Open drawer
3. Create new catalog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a way to switch between catalogs instantly (I read about 
"arrows"), without going menu > choose group... As if the "catalogs navigation" 
option (selected under ADV settings > Drawer settings) simply does not work.

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?

1.3.6 standalone, ZTE skate, 2.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.

I havent found anybody had a problem of this kind, so there is a possibility 
that I have missed something. If that is the case, Im sorry for wasting your 
time. But the fact remains - I have no ability to switch between catalogs 
instantly, despite selecting the appropriate option in the launcher settings.

Problem resolved :/ Arrows become visible once dock bar is returned into 
regular size (flicked down).
