Manually downloading attachments is ineffective #10792

Current behaviour

Configuration - Synchronization - Attachment download behavior - Manual

Clicked picture icon can't download image.

but Attachment download Auto is OK.

Expected behaviour

No response

Interestingly, I can reproduce this in the release version of the app (13.0.7 on iOS 17.5.1), but not a development build built from the ios-13.0.7 tag (iOS 17.4 simulator)...
