'Also Publish Linked Notes' not available despite Joplin Cloud subscription #11176

Joplin version

3.0.13

Desktop version info

Joplin 3.0.13 (prod, win32) Joplin Cloud Basic plan subscriber I don't have the 'Also Publish Linked Notes' option. Is it because I only have the Basic Joplin Cloud plan?
