EPIC1.3: As a go-ipfs maintainer, I can see the bitswaps testplans passing with the latest go-ipfs version.

• [ ] The go-ipfs testplan runs with the latest released SDK and go-bitswap version
• [ ] The testplan runs with the current ipfs & bitswap version (on PR)
• [ ] Connect with Adin about the ipfs testplan PR (4) we talked about during sitreps ipfs/test-plans/pull/4

Context: We are running testground bitswap tests in go-ipfs: https://github.com/ipfs/go-ipfs/tree/84291d172a3c60390af346479761e1319508f5c9/testplans/bitswap

But it looks like the version is fixed, so the tests are mostly testing the testground cluster, and not new releases of go-ipfs

Notes:

Attempt to update the go-sdk to the latest versions:

It looks like we can't use the latest version because the sync service is different.

Attempt to update the go-ipfs testplan:

• Running with goproxy mode=remote (and localhost goproxy):
