How to separate images from code? #294

I've been using s3_website for over a year and it's awesome. I'm in the process of setting up a subdomain for static assets static.* and am curious if a second config file in my project would reasonably achieve my use case or if I'm overlooking something. Thoughts?

Going to close this out and just give it a try since I know I'll forget to close it later. If anyone has any thoughts happy to hear 'em.
