How will the problem be solved? Add embedded and fat marker sketches.

• Von meiner Mail aus Mails an Law and Orga schicken können immer an die selbe Adresse pro RLC. Über cc an die jeweilige Akte schicken können. Dort ist dann ein Reiter Mails und man kann jede einzelne öffnen und anzeigen lassen.

• Zentrales Postfach anstatt einem individuellen pro RLC
• Direktes Anzeigen der Mail Adressen von den aktuellen Akten

Placement of the notification of new mails

• Dashboard: display of new mails + preview, link to folder
• Badge visible until the user has clicked on the mail
• also placement in the respective folder

Display of new mails

• "Mail" container analogous to the existing categories
• also displayed in the timeline
• editable: content can be edited and deleted if they are irrelevant for the folder
• Option to mark particularly relevant mails
• Mainly .txt format relevant, attachments may have to be considered later
