Spawn models should raise an assertion of air pressure gets unreasonable high or low #3319

If in room models that connect to EnergyPlus only infiltration is modeled but no exhaust air, then the pressure raises indefinite. Such a misconfiguration could be detected by monitoring the fluid port pressure, ideally when the model is already time sampled to avoid a zero crossing function.
