Rotate doesn't work #12

MPI4008, Ubuntu Mate 20.10 Display is rotated to 90 and cannot be changed. I tried all values for rotate.sh, no errors but display does not change after reboot. Touch appears to change as mouse movement is rotated but LCD display is not.
