[Bug] BackgroundColor not work in flutter > 3.22.3

After the new flutter version 3.22.3 the background color cannot be changed to any color, it can only be black this happens on window_manager: 0.3.9 & 0.4.0

Hmm this actually happens to me on Flutter 3.22.2 as well.
