Update to work with latest testnet

Testnet Bridge UI is in deplorable condition since testnet upgrade.

Scope

• [x] use leap-core@2.0.0+
  • [x] new period proof structure
  • [x] new data format for results of getPeriodData.. RPC
• [x] make sure exits and deposits are working. Using newest leap-core as appropriate should do the trick.

• updated code
• updated deployment on testnet.leapdao.org
