As a content manager, I want to be able to view, edit, delete blogs in a separate view.
Acceptance Criteria
In the main page under the content panel display a page that contains the following:
[x] Search Component (We already have a Search Component you can reuse it)
[x] Filter Component (We already have a Filter Component, reuse it)
[x] Add Blog Button. On Click we would be rerouted to the page where we can create a new blog post.
[x] Table that would list all the blogs (Use the Reusable Table Component). In Actions of the table we would have View, Edit, Delete. View and Edit would lead to the same page where we can see the blog post or edit it. (This is outside of this tiket, here you only do the routing)
