Learners not able to view other learners in a class/group #4328

Observed behavior

Currently the learners can not be able to view this other learners in same class/group.

Expected behavior

When you create a facility and add users, both admins and learners, then it is desirable that people in same class/group are able to view other people in same class.

User-facing consequences

Being able view this, will actually get students to interact more freely and make them more aware of who they can enquire about something that they are unable to do hence promoting more peer to peer learning.
