delete_comment scope documentation is wrong #279

On here https://github.com/steemit/steemconnect/wiki/OAuth-2#scopes it says the delete_comment scope is comment_delete, but instead it needs to be delete_comment.

Good catch @Kennybll, i've updated the wiki, its fine now.
