Make changes in the base class, add P00664B and improve make_hpge

• The base class HPGe now has an abstract _ic_solid method for handling various detector geometries with different solids.
• A subclass P00664B is added and make_hpge can handle it now.
• The exception raised in make_hpge when a user overrides the material/name while the value of enrichment/name in the metadata is null is now handled.
• The extra json file used for the null enrichment testing is now deleted. An existing config file in configs is used instead.
