CameraPanel does not fit in settings windows with the new longer format #960

The selection box does not fit now that we use "1024 x 1024 bin 4" instead of "1024 x 4" in common dimension.

r14901 expand and grow CameraPanel. r14915 add wx.EXPAND to settings dialog where CameraPanel is used. Works for those with saved camera configuration but not those without such as Calibrator.py and Instrument.py although I add them in them any way. r14916 merge these changes in branch 2.1

code review ok. I tried to test, but I cannot reproduce the problem before the update. I am on my fedora laptop, so maybe that does not have the problem.

I don't have problem, even with Calibrator.py and Instrument.py, on my Mac, either. Must be a bug in the wxPython version on CentOS 5.

Dmitry, could you test next time your use Leginon. Just open the settings of the following nodes to see if part of the camera configuration is cut off by its box. This goes into version 2.1

  1. Presets_Manager: Edit preset.
  2. Correction: Settings
  3. Navigation: Advanced Settings
