@cventophd I am happy to help with generation of script and crystallization of the core ideas.
Happy to help too. Do you also want to talk about AlphaFold2 and how MSA helps in that architecture

Hello imranq. My colleague AliSajid and I are currently planning to start on focusing on Pairwise sequence. Were then going to move into MSA and explain how that works.

Hi! I'm a graduate of UToledo's Master's program in Bioinformatics - quick question for you, what type of data would this be? I know you said you work with a variety of -omics data.

So the video we are currently planning to cover sequence alignment. We will cover the basic problem and then describe how pairwise alogthrims (such as needle men-wulch) work.
I had not much time to work on this in the past week due to the need to attend to other matters.

Uhh... I would want to join, but I don`t know very much about Bioinformatics
Hello,
I am a pHD student in Bioinformatics at the University of Toledo. While my work focuses mainly on Neuroscience, I work with all different times of omics data sets. I would like a video on Sequence Alignment, pairwise and multiple alignments. While I have general knowledge-based to do this, I will need help from a mathematician or a Computer Scientist to really crystalize this idea and a video creator to help create the video.
My vision for this project is in two parts. The first part illustrates how to do pairwise sequence alignment and explains why this is important. The second is explaining how to do a multiple sequence alignment, and why this is much more difficult than a pairwise one.
I want to discuss this further with some people.
