Bug: ts-node is using NPM and Nodejs as is also Not Using Stealify Lang.

ts-node is total broken

Some one needs to extract the feature set and merge that with the typescript rewrite else i see no hope there

Todo:

• [ ] make it not depend on nodejs anymore
• [ ] extract the feature set if there is any
• [ ] extract sensible defaults knowleg into Stealify Lang Patterns.
