This is a test comment/issue for the BEACH missing data report.

[ ] Please update missing_12month_visit.Rmd with simple report that can be run for a single participant and output an html report with the participant name-date in the title.
[ ] Example: missing_12mo_BLS001_09July19.html
[ ] Content: The report must include variables identified in your hard copy data pull.

I have updated the 12-month visit into a more suitable report. I still need to check the report with all the hardcopy checked participants, but the majority of the functionality is there.

I also encountered an issue in pulling healthcare_services variable in 2-week and 12-month visit. I will continue to work on this code and see if I can resolve the issue.
