Bug description

I was working on a chat last 2-3 days back but today when I am trying to click the same chat from the history it not opening and showing error which, I have tested on both desktop and web versions of the ChatGPT but same error. Recorder a video to show the error. This problem is not with every chat but only to a specific chat.

Environment

I have tested the problem and it's not due to environment, but its present in every device. There is no problem with device compatibility as in such case none of the chats would have worked. but here only 1 chat has a problem.

I have the same error on any device I try to access my paid account!

I also am experiencing this issue. I am almost certain that it is an error on OpenAI's side.

ChatGPT can make mistakes. Consider checking important information.

I understand that there can be bugs for a free version but I am using a paid version and on top of that I have a long chat history of tasks but I am unable to get it accessible. In short my 2-3 hrs of efforts are lost. I am looking for a solution to get it. web as well as Desktop or Mobile app nothing is working and only for that chat.
