I was wondering if it's possible to login same service using work account and personal account, and if already possibly what do I need to do (edit json somewhere?). Eg chatgpt, etc. is it a simple as just making new entry or a little more complex due to cookies?

Click on your newly created entry, then click the 3 dot menu, then select "Edit":
A window will popup where you can enter a unique name for the isolated cookie storage, in this example I named mine workchatgptacc. Click the icon to the right, and then click save. Now you should be able to login to a separate acc on that same service (in my example it was chatgpt):
