Options for automatic MD5 checksum creation & saving of album art #184

FLAC includes a checksum in the file format itself, but others do not.  Would 
like to see an option in preferences to have an MD5 checksum file created upon 
completion of rip similar to the .cue & .log files in rip folder.  

Would also like to see the same for album art. I usually pull my art from AWS 
and want a copy saved in the rip folder. Currently this has to be done manually 
per rip.
