Add more domains for fbcdn & Exclude github domains #214

As known fbcdn domain has a one-to-one correspondence to cdninstagram domains, I copied the added domains from cdninstagram and converted them to fbcdn domains.

Thank you for the PR, per the philosophy of git, commit often, and separate functions. Could you please separate this into two PR, one for fbcdn, one for github.

And, have we tested the fbcdn, make sure these domains actual exist?

@lennylxx PR seprated. As for the test, sorry I don't know how to write an automatical test program... I just selected 5 domains from your cdninstagram list and found corresponding fbcdn domains.
