On the same SIT machine (Thames-1), it could unlock successfuly.

Upload the WWAN devices picture here. One is SIT's, another is SVT's. Though the device ID of them are the same, the text description on the devices surface are different.

Please check output of mmcli -m 0 and see , if you can see SIM information or not ? or please update output of " mmcli -m any" here . Thanks

On T14s Gen 5, I also found 'SIM is not inserted'.

@binli It seems your E-SIM slot is active . So , can you please enter below command ,reboot machine and retry it. mmcli -m any --set-primary-sim-slot=1

Please Note : -

E-SIM support is still under progress Slot 1 is the primary slot i.e using Physical SIM Slot 2 is the slot for E-SIM Thank you !

@nitinexclusively After swithing to physical sim, the 'SIM is not inserted' error is gone. And it prompts 'SIM inserted is of non-USA', and it seems same with issue#25. So it's expected that this wwan could not work in China.
