Description of the changes

Build with distillery, compiled application start faster if build with distillery than mix

@lenra-io/devs during the test (which was running the image locally to get an error message because postgres is not accessible) I reduced the time from 8.5s to 4.5s with distillery. Currently, if I run devtool locally without postgres, I get an error message in 4s, so we are very close between image and local.
