Please raise the limit of pinned clusters on the left bar #5400

What would you like to be added: Please raise the limit of pinned clusters on the left bar. I think it used to be higher. Right now it's only 12. I use a 4K tv display to look at clusters. 40% of the bar is unused, even when lens is only 50% of the screen vertically. The cluster-icon bar only extends 1/3rd of the way down my screen, when it could go 50%. There is no need for a vertical scrollbar since i could just drag lens open vertically to reveal more pinned clusters.

Why is this needed: We have about 15 clusters, divided in 5 types (dev, staging, prod, govdev, govprod). I would love to put them in groups with an empty slot in between each group, so that would be at least 19 icons. It is very annoying to have to create extra bars which hides icons and forces me to hop between bars when lens is not doing a good job utilizing the first bar to begin with.
