Update to schema-registry-ui 0.9.2 #50

Hey @noderat, thanks for your PR, it is appreciated!

I have to put it on hold though, because whilst testing it, I found some issues with Schema Registry UI 0.9.2 that need to be fixed in order to work with fast-data-dev. Specifically the 0.9.2 version does not work if it isn't installed at the root directory of the webserver. I am going to scold some people. :)

Scolding worked, Schema Registry UI 0.9.3 was released and PR merged. Thanks!
