Optiboot source/binary should include a version number. #554

It would be good if the optiboot bootloader source code included a statement of 
the version number, and nice if this were also included in the binary in a way 
that could be read by device programmers and other utilities.

A one-word version number (byte.byte) is placed at the last word of flash 
memory.
Start at version 4.1

Fixed in the 1.0-associated sources, and now shipping on new hardware.
