update optiboot to the point of the latest optiboot project sources. #556

Several problems reported against the arduino version of optiboot have already 
been fixed in the optiboot source repository at 
http://code.google.com/p/optiboot
This will also add additional platforms (ATmega8 in particular)

Fixed in the 1.0-associated sources, and now shipping on new hardware.
