Menu item to add or install a third-party library. #580

What change would like to see?

A menu item (probably at the bottom of the Sketch > Import Library menu or in 
Tools) called something like "Add library" or "Install library".  This would 
prompt the user to select a .zip file or a folder, unzip the archive if needed, 
and copy the folder to the libraries/ sub-folder of the user's sketchbook.

Why?

To make it easier to install a library without mucking about in your computer's 
file system.
